Jeremiah 41-45

If it's not one thing it’s another……. We are at the point in Judah’s history where they have been invaded by Babylon, had a puppet king put into place (who didn’t do right), and invaded again. King Nebuchadnezzar appointed a governor to handle the day to day affairs of Jerusalem while he returned to Babylon. And since there is nothing new under the sun, you can expect there to be a hater somewhere in the mix. Gedaliah comes face to face with his biggest op, and it doesn’t go the way he expected it to. Just when they think they have gained some sense of stability, the people of Judea are on the move YET AGAIN! And after being warned not to do something guess what they do………. These chapters are filled with an assassination, kidnapping, and more drama. I hope you guys have read and are ready to follow along.
